C.F. Tompkins, a small furniture retailer in the Boston suburbs, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Offering higher end merchandise and personalized customer service, the company has evolved from a horse-drawn wagon to two small stores here and in Danvers, less than five miles away.
