Delgaudio to leave Century

HICKORY, N.C. — Michael Delgaudio, Century's vice president and creative director, will leave the company after the October market.
"We are sorry to see Michael go," said Bob Maricich, president and chief executive officer of Century. "He's a very talented and wonderful man....
"While we are disappointed that Michael is leaving," Maricich said, "we have a talented and seasoned creative team in place. We believe that at Century we provide a compelling atmosphere for creativity, and we'll be able to attract additional exceptional talent."
A search has begun for a replacement for Delgaudio, who joined Century six years ago. His immediate plans were not released.
