Feinblum Real Estate taps Kaplan as senior VP

BETHPAGE , N.Y. — BETHPAGE , N.Y. —Ron Kaplan has joined Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate as senior vice president, director of retail. He will help furniture retailer clients with real estate planning.

Before joining Feinblum, a furniture industry real estate specialist, Kaplan was director of home furnishings at Staubach Retail Service. Previously, he was chief executive officer of the now-closed youth specialty furniture manufacturer and retailer Room Plus.

Earlier, Kaplan spent 25 years at Levitz.

"Kaplan's understanding of the complexity of large markets makes him a valuable resource for our firm," Feinblum said in a news release.
