Bayt promoted to VP, general counsel at Badcock

Mulberry, Fla. — Phillip Bayt has been promoted to vice president and general counsel of W.S. Badcock Corp. He reports to Don Marks, Badcock's president.
Bayt oversees the real estate, bankruptcy and litigation groups, and manages all corporate legal matters, including outside litigation, corporate compliance, and legal matters to consumers and shareholders. He joined Badcock in 1995 as associate general counsel.
