GERS taps Brecher for sales VP post

SAN DIEGO — Chris Brecher has joined software provider GERS Retail Systems as senior vice president of sales.

He will be responsible for managing all sales activity. He has over a decade of experience leading sales teams at Lawson Software, SAP America and Seibel Systems.

Prior to joining GERS, Brecher was vice president of worldwide sales and business development for Thinque Systems.

"We are extremely excited to have a person of Chris' talent and experience joining our executive team," said Jim Henderson, president and CEO of GERS.
