High Point — John Wampler has been promoted to president of Italian leather upholstery and case goods producer Natale's North American division after the departure of James Riddle.
One-time Natuzzi Americas executive Les Herman has joined Natale as vice president.
Wampler joined Natale as executive vice president of North American operations in October. He was previously with case goods and occasional resource Pulaski Furniture for more than 25 years, leaving as CEO.
Riddle has been named to a post at Chinese case goods and leather upholstery producer Lifestyle Enterprise (see story below).
Herman, a 32-year industry veteran, left Natuzzi last summer as vice president of sales and marketing for the Southeast. Most recently, he was vice president of sales, home furnishings, at high-end outdoor furniture resource Brown Jordan International.
Before joining Natuzzi, Herman had been with Elite Leather, Lane, Broyhill and Singer.
