Kathwari, chairman, president and CEO of Danbury, Conn.-based manufacturer-retailer Ethan Allen, will receive the Humanitarian Award.

Both will be honored for their long commitment to the humanitarian goals of civil rights and justice. The dinner is set for May 19 at the Grand Hyatt New York.
