Keller nears sale of park

Corydon, Ind. — Case goods producer Keller Mfg. Co. said it is negotiating to sell a 44-acre park it owns here to two local organizations.
The YMCA of Harrison County and the Friends of Harrison County Youth, which have leased the Keller Sports Park, would be the buyers. A purchase price and terms should be finalized soon, the company said.
Keller has said it will close its 236,681-square-foot plant in Corydon by the end of the year, consolidating production in its plant in New Salisbury, Ind., where it will also move its corporate offices.
