Serta hires two for account, sales posts

Itasca, Ill. — Joann Askew has joined Serta as a national account coordinator, and Wesley Yee has been named sales manager for Masterpiece Sleep Products, Serta's high-end bedding line.
Askew previously worked for eight years as national account representative for Ashland Chemicals. At Serta, she reports to Dena Hesselberg, key account manager.
"Joann will help us continue to provide outstanding service to Serta's national accounts because of her strong focus on customer service," said Mark Quinn, vice president of national accounts. "We are glad to have her on the Serta team."
Yee will assist with the marketing, advertising, traiing and sales of Masterpiece accounts. He reports to Chad Megard, vice president and brand manager of Masterpiece.
With nearly a decade in the mattress industry, Yee most recently was a key account manager for Sealy.
"Wesley understands the upscale mattress marketplace and has the skills and enthusiasm necessary to be a great asset to the Masterpiece team," said Megard.
