Anaheim, Calif. — Scott Haigh, president of Fairchild Fine Furniture in Whittier, Calif., will succeed Mike Genrich as president of the California Furniture Manufacturers Assn.
Genrich is stepping down in compliance with CFMA bylaws because he no longer is employed by a California manufacturer. APW Trade, which he has joined as senior vice president of worldwide sales, provides products and services to furniture manufacturers and is an associate member of CFMA.
"It's been an honor and a pleasure to serve as president," said Genrich. He said he will continue to support the CFMA, and thanked the association's board and staff.
"Mike did a great job during his time in office and I look forward to his assistance as we meet the challenges ahead," said Haigh.
