American Decorative Fabrics names Jack Cobb president

New York — Industry veteran Jack Cobb has joined American Decorative Fabrics as president.
Most recently, Cobb was vice president of marketing for the Home Fabrics division of Joan Fabrics, with responsibilities for developing home textiles and international business for Home and sister companies Mastercraft and Circa 1801/Doblin.
At American, Cobb succeeds Joe Rosenfeld, who left earlier this year. American is a supplier of upholstery and other decorative fabrics with facilities in China. It also does cut-and-sew for home fashions, including furniture.
In other organizational moves, the company has promoted Gary Stein to the new position of chief operating officer, and named Erica Youngleson director of design. Stein has been with the company two years. Youngleson, who was with Mastercraft and before that with the Fabric Library, will launch her first line for American at Showtime in High Point in July.
"These moves have solidified ADF's senior management and design team," said David Li, chief executive officer. "This will allow ADF to maintain its growth momentum."
