Craig gets sales post at transporter Purnell

High Point — Jerry Craig has been named director of sales and marketing for residential delivery carrier Purnell Furniture Services.
He is responsible for client development in the Southeast as well as advertising and Web page development, and is based here.
Craig has over 25 years experience in furniture transporting, including with Overnite Transportation in Greensboro, N.C., and as general manager of Thornton Furniture Carriers, the home delivery division of High Point retailer Wood-Armfield.
Purnell is based in Manassas, Va.
