828 Intl. ranks high on growth

Greenville, S.C. — Rug vendor 828 International Trading has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in South Carolina.
"Our company has experienced tremendous growth over the past two years and continues to enhance its position in the marketplace," said John Shepherd, chief executive officer of 828 International.
Accounting firm Elliott Davis and the South Carolina Chamber of Congress co-sponsored the ranking, which recognizes exceptional growth and performance across all business sectors. Rankings are based on a weighted equation factoring in growth in revenues or assets, increases in employment and capital investment.
828 International Trading Co. ranked fourth on the list.
