  • With an emphasis on traditional styling, the Monterey reclining sofa, loveseat and chair group has rolled arms, nailheads and tiered bustle back. In all-leather. Priced at $1,599 for sofa; $899 for wall lounger club chair.

  • The Savoy group, dressed in Leather Plus, includes a curved conversational sofa, swivel rocker recliner, loveseat and sofa. Two-tiered bustle back. Choice of married leather or microfiber covers or custom. Priced from $449 to $1,899, depending on frame and cover choice.

  • Innovations, a contemporary media/home theater group, offers smaller-scale track arm with chaise seat pad and automatic headrest function. Power activation allows for infinite positions. In all-leather ($1,499 per seat); or non-match fabric ($1,199 per seat).

Marketing programs: Expanding special-order capability on two best-selling import collections. Company's chair collection features rocker and lounger with quantity pricing to address value within the marketplace.

Style No. 10065, a conversational sectional, features hidden storage, an arm that can be reversed to show or hide the cup holder and mobile arms that can be placed between various seat cushions for added comfort and support.

  • Fabric upholstery additions include No. 4NW94, with banded, pillow top, double seat cushion and banded, blown back with arched seam. Rolled, pleated, drop-off arms taper to the back.   • The innovative BodyRest recliner — which features an exclusive mechanism that adjusts to a fully horizontal position — is now available dressed in leather as well as fabric. Styles include rocker recliner No. 4D74, a sleek non-chaise fabric recliner with banded, pillow top, double seat cushions and banded triple pillow, with blown back. The sides are slanted and tapered in front.

  • Traditional motion frame No. S415L features tight, arched bustle-back styling and padded wings. Rolled, step-back arms have nailhead accents. Matching recliner available as pressback, wallhugger, rocker, swivel rocker, glider or swivel glider. Produced initially in fabric; now also available in leather.

  • Oval Back Glider Rocker/Ottoman combo (No. 4025/425), ready for shipment, is covered in Union Bark/Union Camouflage fabric from American Century. The two pieces ship in one carton. Details include hand-carved acanthus leaf motif at the top of the upholstered oval back panel, semi-curved knuckled arm, boxed cushion seat and recessed framed, vertically grained end panel. The set is $599.

  • Leather rocker recliner series expands with No. 091 series, outfitted with a Leggett & Platt mechanism. Hardwood construction (nailed, corner blocked and bolted). Seat cushions are made of high-density polyurethane foam and fiber-wrapped coil spring seating. From China, in bone, toffee, chestnut, $799.

Part of the new Urban Earth collection, the Novi group is designed for the city dweller with an eco-conscience. The modular combination of 84-inch sofas and 60-inch loveseats marries urban lifestyle with eco-friendly materials. The Novi resembles stationary furniture but is outfitted with a Leggett & Platt pushback mechanism. The group's eco-green story stems from combining Dicey Fabrics Eco2Cotton covers made with regenerated fibers, Reflex Natural foam and plywood derived from renewable sources. The upholstery correlates with Novi dining and café sets with acid-etched glass inserts, occasional tables and entertainment center. The wood finish is an eight-step catalytic varnish over maple veneers in a diamond-match design.

The Comfort Plus Gliders collection expands from three models to nine. All best-selling glider styles now offer the Comfort Plus option. The Comfort Plus collection features: Cushions with a super-soft fiber shell that resembles down; convoluted foam for optimal air circulation and lasting smoothness, with solid density foam for maximum durability; and headrest and lumbar support for supreme comfort. Available in a wide range of mechanism combinations, finishes and fabrics.

  • Stressless Vision is one of new recliners sporting the Stressless Plus system which automatically adjusts headrest and lumbar support. Vision, a coordinate to Dream and Spirit recliners, is the smallest of the three. Priced from $2,395 to $2,895.

  • The Sunrise recliner joins the existing 14-piece Stressless line. Both new recliners are available in two sizes, 54 leather colors and seven wood finishes. Priced from $2,095 to $2,595.

  • Also new are Stressless Jazz side and sofa glass tables to match the Jazz recliner. All feature matching exposed stainless steel legs.

  • Jazz was created to address modern, trendy interiors. Both recliner and ottoman can be adjusted to match height by adding or removing any of three height-disks on the base ring. Two sizes; four leather types, 54 leather colors. Priced from $3,295 to $3,595; Jazz round glass cocktail table, $1,195; Jazz sofa glass table, $1,495; Jazz corner glass table, $695.

  • Stressless Space sofa now also offered with exposed stainless steel leg options, $3,195 to $5,095.

  • Milton (No. 521) is a contemporary motion sofa with full pad-over chaise, roll arm and overstuffed back. In imported chenille, it's $799.

Strategy: In recliners, highlighting large-scale frames and better fabrics; focusing on $249 and $399 price points. Featuring lift chairs with new mechanisms, from $599 to $899. Therasage far-infrared heat, common in sports medicine, is now available as an option in any of Nirvana's "natural motion" swing chair styles. According to the company, far-infrared waves are a safe form of light energy that is thermal. Far-infrared heat is also referred to as radiant heat, infrared heat or infrared energy. Widely used in the health care industry, far-infrared heat may benefit pain relief, blood circulation or the immune system as well as remove toxins. In microfiber or leather covers, products are shipped container-direct from China or from Nirvana's Florida warehouse.
