Barcalounger Home is introducing 12 fabric frames with retail prices ranging from $699 to $1,099, with special-order capabilities. New frames are available in contemporary and transitional styles. Among the introductions is the No. 571 San Francisco sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman and cocktail ottoman with contemporary track arm, high leg and button-tufted tight back that will retail at $799. The No. 574 Oxford sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman is a traditional tight-back collage model with wood arm accents and nailheads, with a sofa retailing at $999.

Intros include an overscaled Regency winged club chair in red velvet with scooped back, tufting, rolled arm, exposed bun feet or kick pleat flounce, $4,520; the Marseilles large-scale classic chaise with inspiration from 1900s Paris with rounded tight back, petite flared/curved arm, turned legs, casters, $3,682; and the Wyland winged chair adapted from a 19th- century Parisian antique but with updated scale and pitch, $5,825.

Bernhardt is introducing six sofas, eight chairs and three sectionals in fabric this market, in a mix of contemporary, transitional and traditional styles. Fabrics include mohair, velvets, chenilles and damasks. In addition, the company's new Martha Stewart collection, North River, which mingles Old World and modern design, includes two upholstery groups.

Broyhill will offer a wide array of introductions that include:

• Alter Egos: With one frame introduced in Las Vegas, the Alter Egos slipcover program will expand by three new silhouettes as well as settees, chairs and ottomans, in cottage, transitional and traditional styles. The program offers consumers a fully-upholstered piece in addition to a custom slip cover for one price.

• Opulence by Broyhill: Seven new frames will be introduced in this premium category, including three fabric/leather combos. The category is an eclectic mix of styles and fabric combinations, including velvets, jacquards, tapestries, textured chenilles, leathers and washed damasks. Designs are mostly traditional, with some contemporary fabrics used for transitional looks.

• Modern Mix: New casual transitional geared to Gen Y and Gen X in a bright colored palette with modern textiles. The Modern Mix customization program allows the mixing and matching of 15 different sofa and sectional pieces to fit various space considerations and is available in a variety of fabric choices. In addition to the customization story, three new frames will be introduced in this category, including an ultra-contemporary pillow top sofa covered in ultra suede with geometric jacquard accent pillows.

• New Country: New frames include the Kimmie Sofa in a lissere stripe coordinated with a tattersal check, floral garden-inspired motifs, natural fibers and bright colors. The Fireside Sofa is a correlating wood trim upholstery piece for Broyhill's new Attic Heirlooms Fireside Cherry Group.

• Express Program: This new program will include nine SKUs that will ship from in-stock inventory, and over both transitional and traditional styles. The program will be warehoused in both the East and West Coast distribution centers for quick shipment.

• Upholstered accent chairs: Five new fully upholstered accent chairs targeting the traditional consumer with skirted silhouettes.

This rug and home textile producer is launching a new line called Home Furnishings Fabrics. The collection will include eight designs in a variety of colorways designed to coordinate with the company's rugs, bedding and decorative accents in four lifestyle categories: Global, Modern, Camp and Cottage. The all-cotton or cotton/linen fabrics are 54 inches wide and sold by the yard.

Habersham is launching a new, high-end upholstery collection as part of the next growth phase for its whole home interior design concept — the Habersham Home. The collection is designed to help interior designers and dealers work with customers to create a Grand American or Grand European Casual lifestyle. The upholstery pieces will be designed and sized to work with the company's grand-scale case goods and will feature hundreds of high-end fabrics with correlates and trims. A number of hand-painted motifs and sofa jewelry will be part of the introductory line-up.

• Woodmark's frame introductions focus on silhouettes that will marry with the new Asher Benjamin collection.

• In addition, the company will build on the success of its No. 720 sectional series by offering the same frame as a sofa.

• Florence is a curvaceous reverse camelback sofa with a shaped front rail and graceful roll-over arms, covered in a golden raw silk-like cover with a full range of complementary pieces.

• Bosley is a crescent-shaped sectional with scooped arm, bench cushion and button back.

• Charlie is a rich collage of leathers, velvets, silks and scattered pillows, all on a carved wooden frame.

Under its own brand, Hickory Hill is introducing:

• No. 88-440 is a sleigh-arm lounge chair with tight back and skirted base that matches the sofa. With a solid hardwood frame, the chair is available in 266 designer fabrics or customer's own material (COM).

Company plans to meet a void in the market with the addition of a new sofa-sleeper sectional, Hyde Park, available in special-order fabrics or leather. In addition, the traditional line-up of special-order sleepers will be strengthened by adding a starting price point to further round out the program. The contemporary track arm Hyde Park sectional and its optional sleeper with full-size Serta mattress will retail from $1,199 to $2,244, depending on fabric or leather; other entries include two traditionals, Capri and Soho, and a casual track arm sleeper, Midtown. Capri and Soho are available in twin, full and queen sleepers as well as sofa, loft sofa, loveseat, chair and ottomans.

Residential and commercial interior design group J Banks will debut its second line for Stanford, which will include a sectional, sofa, wing chair, several lounge chairs and other pieces. The Anna sofa is a modern four-over-one model with nailhead trim, exposed wood legs and a chocolate fabric with large green circles.

Westgate Home Furnishings

Westgate Home Furnishings is a new upholstery line being launched at market by China-based textile manufacturer Home Fashions International. Offerings will include 70 SKUs consisting of 17 sofa groups and an assortment of decorative chairs and accent pieces in various styles. Retail price points will be in the range of $699 to $1,299 for sofas.
