England unveils galleries in Canada, Minn., Wis.

New Tazewell, Tenn. — Upholstery manufacturer England has opened Custom Comfort Centers in Wisconsin, Minnesota and New Brunswick, Canada.
Furniture Superstore, in Rochester, Minn., has installed a 4,000-square-foot Custom Comfort Center. The 15,000-square-foot store is owned by Jim and Gail Sather and Mark Byer and has been in business since 2003.
In DePere, Wis., Furniture and Appliance Mart has added a Custom Comfort Center. The 52,000-square-foot store features a 6,000-square-foot England gallery.
The store, which has been in business for almost 40 years, is owned by the Fonti family and is now run by the second generation. The original owner, Vince Fonti Sr., began buying England upholstery more than 37 years ago. Furniture and Appliance Mart also has Custom Comfort Centers in its Wausau, Plover and Rhinelander, Wis., locations.
In Moncton, New Brunswick, Lounsbury Furniture has installed a 4,000-square-foot Custom Comfort Center in its 40,000-square-foot facility. The retailer has been in business for more than 125 years and has two other locations. Scott Toussaint is the director of operations
England, a subsidiary of La-Z-Boy Inc., is a producer of both custom upholstery and leather furniture and has been in business for more than 40 years.
