New York — Department store veteran Frank Guzzetta has been named president of Ralph Lauren Home Collection, a unit of Polo Ralph Lauren Corp., effective Aug. 11.
Guzzetta, who retired from Macy's earlier this year, will report to Roger Farah, president of Polo Ralph Lauren. Guzzetta, a 30-year retailing and management veteran, most recently was chairman and CEO of Macy's North division. Prior to that, he spent two years as president and CEO of Marshall Field's, when it was owned by the May Co.
Guzzetta succeeds Barbara Deichman, who has retired.
"We are very happy to welcome Frank Guzzetta to Polo Ralph Lauren," said Farah. "His broad-based business expertise and leadership skills will strengthen our management team."
