Miles Talbott taps Calhoun

High Point — Custom upholstery manufacturer Miles Talbott Furniture has named Jim Calhoun director of special projects, working director with President George Jordan.
In the new position, Calhoun will be responsible for enhancing Miles Talbott's brand awareness through marketing and merchandising projects.
Calhoun joined the company after two years as vice president of merchandising for Interlude Home. Previously, he was creative director and director of merchandising at Norwalk Furniture for 11 years, and was director of merchandising and lead buyer at former Atlanta-based retailer Storehouse Furniture for 12 years.
