NEW YORK — GMAC Commercial Finance's Commercial Services division has promoted three employees.
Micah Wolfington has been promoted to vice president, credit analyst. Wolfington was formerly assistant vice president, credit analyst.
Megan Kreutzer has been promoted to vice president, client service manager. She was previously vice president, client service team leader.
Andrew Conforte has been promoted to assistant vice president, client service associate, after spending time in IT as the end-user computing team leader.
Wolfington works out of the Greensboro, N.C., office. Kreutzer and Conforte are based in New York.
McNeill Communications
HIGH POINT — Holly Francis has been named vice president of strategic communications for McNeill Communications Group.
She is responsible for overseeing client image development and positioning, strategic planning and goal-setting services, and education training services.
Most recently, Francis was director of internal communication for internet consulting firm marchFIRST in Chicago. Prior to that, she worked as a vice president with Ketchum Public Relations and as vice president of corporate communications for James A. Fyock & Associates.
“Holly is a seasoned communications counselor and brings a strong strategic perspective to our firm,” said Karen McNeill Harris, president. “Her experience managing and leading major client projects as well as her strong people management skills will help support the continued growth of our firm.”

HONG KONG — Leather upholstery specialist DeCoro has promoted Luciano Cassara from country manager for Italy to global sales director.
Cassara's new responsibilities include sales and marketing activities as well as implementing company business strategies.
He reports to CEO Luca Ricci.
828 International
WESTLAKE, Ohio — Chuck Coloian has joined rug resource 828 International as account manager for Ohio.
Coloian will focus on working with existing dealers and building new business with specialty retailers.
He is based in Westlake, Ohio, and reports to Tom Morris, national sales manager.
Coloian has more than 40 years of experience in the floor covering industry including stints as a buyer for Higbee's in Cleveland and Crowley's in Detroit and as an account manager for Oriental Weavers.
“Chuck has seen this industry through good times and bad,” Morris said. “He has weathered several recessions and knows how to help retailers with inventory, product assortment and training so they can make the most of every business cycle.”
